The dispute over the former Angell's building appears to be drawing to a
close. A tentative settlement in the case between the Downtown Business
Revitalization Corp and Roger Feura could see the building being sold to the
DBRC for the original 15 thousand dollars requested. The settlement hinges
on the DBRC board's vote confirming the settlement and a condition in which
Feura has to contact the individuals who removed parts of the interior in an
attempt to get them back.
