A Port Allegany man died in a fire earlier this week.
State police say 44-year-old James Edward Spiegel caught on fire from a
small kerosene heater in a barn on his property. They say Spiegel was
apparently intoxicated at the time.
Police say no foul play is suspected, and a cause of death will be
determined after they receive a blood analysis.
