The Bradford Historic Architectural Review Board has reversed its decision to back the demolition of that house on Chautauqua Place.
HARB Unanimously decided to withdraw their approval for demolition.
Main Street Manager Diane Dewalt says a historic preservationist ruled the house with its arch style wood form vernacular was built in 1900, and should be considered a contributing historical building.The issue will go before City Council for a final ruling.
