State Representative Kathy Rapp is fighting against cuts that Governor
Rendell's budget makes to the Disabled American Veterans Transportation
Network. She says 50 thousand veterans use the service every year.

Rapp adds that DAV vans take veterans to Erie, Butler and all over the
northwestern part of the state.
