A Student at Pitt Bradford was arrested Thursday on a fugitive from Justice warrant. She's accused of soliciting murder in Chicago Illinois... County Sheriff Brad Mason brought 24-year-old Raquel Jacques before the McKean County Judge Thursday. Jacques waived her extradition, so she will be held in the McKean County Jail until officials come from Chicago to take her into custody. If Chicago authorities don't show up, she could be let out after 30 days.Jacques was a nursing major at Pitt Bradford.
