An Eldred man was charged by Olean police for the second time this week.

20-year-old Francis Yeaples was charged with petty larceny and criminal
mischief after he and an 18-year-old from Olean allegedly broke an emergency
light bar off a vehicle belong to Greg Church on Thursday morning.

On Sunday, Olean police charged Yeaples and 18-year-old Joshua Carpenter of
Olean with burglary after they allegedly broke into Angee's Restaurant on
North Union Street and took 250 dollars.
