County Administrator Dick Casey reported last week that there could be problems between the county employees and the current attempt at putting together a union for the Court Related Unit.

The Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board was unavailable for comment. Casey says the members of the union have petitioned for decertification, which means that the unit will cease to exist as it currently does, though how things will take shape is still to be seen.
