The Bradford Era reports that Dr. Martin Jacobs, the Bradford doctor
accused by a federal judge of Tax Evasion and Falsifying a Federal
Student Aid Application has pleaded "not guilty".

Jacob's is accused of improperly dealing with taxes since 1997 in one
way or another.

Bradford Regional Medical Center officials confirmed with the Bradford
Era that Jacob's had relinquished his medical privileges at the
hospital.
