A former northwestern Pennsylvania car dealer is prohibited from owning a car dealership as part of his sentence for misappropriating more than 190-thousand dollars from his dealership.

Philip Bauschard, who worked at the now-defunct Bauschard Dodge in Bradford, was also placed on probation for two years and fined 15-thousand dollars yesterday in McKean County Court. He pleaded guilty last month to misappropriation of funds and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds in December.

Bauschard apologized, saying he had a series of unexpected financial obligations. He has also made restitution.

Bauschard took the money in 2004 and 2005.
