Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers has approved a $300 reward for a tip that led to the capture of Kane fugitive Donald Andrew Anderson in November. The reward was approved by the Reward Committee for Pennsylvania Crime Stoppers, according to Gretchen Paul, coordinator for Crime Stoppers in Harrisburg.
