Kane-based state police are investigating a criminal trespass apparently taking place at two locations near Port Allegany earlier this week. Timm Baxter told troopers he saw someone entering or exiting his garage on the North Brooklynside Road Monday evening. An unknown male fled through an open window at a garage owned by Baxter’s neighbor, Alvin Loveless when a vehicle entered the driveway. Anyone with information about the incidents or who has experienced a similar incident is asked to call the Kane barracks at 778-5555.
