23 year old Richard Williams of Bradford was in court last week to answer for several charges after a series of incidents in October.
According to Police, Williams attacked signs at Citizens Trust Bank in Port Allegany with an axe, causing almost 2 thousand dollars in damage.
He then struck the door of 4 North Main Street, breaking a pane of glass, causing 760 dollars in damage.
Police found Williams near Sheetz, and determined that he was intoxicated. He has a preliminary hearing set for Novemebr 28th before District Judge Bill Todd.
