A Port Allegany woman complained of neck and back pain after an accident at
noon yesterday at the intersection of North Union and Wayne streets in
Olean.
Police say cars driven by 35-year-old Tonya Kilpatrick of Port Allegany and
59-year-old Arthur Stuck Jr. of Alfred Station collided.
Despite the complaints of pain, Kilpatrick did not seek medical treatment.
