Charges are pending against a 17-year-old student who allegedly had
marijuana at Otto Eldred High School.

Police say the unidentified male student also had drug paraphernalia.
Troopers add that during the course of their investigation, they learned
that the student allegedly also stole several items from the Seneca
Highlands IU9 Vo-Tech School in Port Allegany.

The pending charges are possession of a small amount of marijuana, drug
paraphernalia, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
