Charges are pending against Kenneth Marsh.
The 46 year old bar owner is charged with two liquor code violations.
The Bureau of Liquor Control raided Marsh's Bar on West Washington Street in
December.
Court records say two undercover officers ordered and bought beer in
December of 2004. State Police confirmed that Marsh's did not have a liquor
license at the time.
122 gallons of malt or brewed beverages was seized on January 11 of 2005
when officers observed patrons being served alcohol.
Marsh waived a preliminary hearing before District Judge Dominic Cercone
Wednesday.
