The judge says that Bradford City Fire Cheif Bill McCormack was not guilty of harrassment in a hearing this week. The accusing parties say that McCormack was sitting across from the Priority Care Ambulance Facility.

No charges could be filed, because his presence was not a hazard, or a disturbance.
