A Dump Truck Accident took two lives last Thursday.

Authorities said 49 year old Homer Jolly of Derrick Road, Bradford and 37 year old Michael Coder of Lewis Run were killed after a dump truck bucket came loose and struck them.

The men were taken to Bradford Regional Medical Center were they were pronounced dead a few minutes after the accident.

OSHA is investigating the incident.
