18 year old Chad Hadden of Port Allegany was cited with speeding after a crash on Bells Run Road in Ceres TWP Sunday.

State Troopers say Hadden lost control, left the road and hit a tree.
Hadden and his 16 year old female passenger was taken to Olean General for treatment of minor injuries. 36 year old James Crow was also a passenger in the vehicle. He taken by helicopter to rie County Medical Center with moderate injuries.
