The Bradford Housing Authority met Thursday. A unanimous vote officially
approved the resignation of former executive director Shelley Whitman.
Whitman had been placed on suspension with pay last year. Whitman's
attorney says her resignation is in no way an admission of malfeasance or
impropriety.
No charges have been filed, and officials are remaining tight lipped about
the internal investigation that sparked Whitman's suspension.
