A Bradford man will go to court for an alleged attack at Perkin's Restaurant.
24-year-old Timothy Curtis waived his preliminary hearing today in front of District Judge Rich Luther.
He's accused of beating up another man with his boot while at the restaurant. He fled the scene, and was caught by Police a short distance away.
