The City of Bradford's firing of garbage man James Taylor will hold up, according to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Court.

Taylor was fired by the city after taking money from a woman's purse he found while collecting garbage. The Teamster's Union took the case to Judge Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter, whose 19 page summary rules that the termination was justified.
