A Mt Jewett man appeared in court Thursday, and was fined 250 dollars for
marijuana possession.
Dale Walker told the judge that he is missing a leg after a post surgical
infection.
The 56 year old told Judge John Yoder that he is treating phantom pain with
the pot.
Yoder says the State Legislature has made possession of marijuana a crime
even if used for medicinal purposes.
