Two people were seriously injured when a fireworks building near Cuba NY
exploded yesterday.

New York State Police report that Grand Fireworks Incorporated in
Clarksville exploded during normal manufacturing operations.

23-year-old Andrew Beck of Cuba, and 51 year old Karl Marvin of Bolivar were
seriously injured when the materials exploded

They were taken by helicopter to Erie County Medical Center, and are listed
in critical condition.

The nature of the explosion is under investigation.
