A Pittsburgh man was seriously injured Saturday in a crash in Sergeant
Township. State Police say 34-year-old Kirk Chester of Rochester was driving
on Route 146 when he struck an embankment and rolled his vehicle.

His passenger, Timothy McGonical JR. was not wearing a seatbelt, and was
partially ejected from his window.

He is listed in serious condition at Hamot Medical Center in Erie.

Chester was arraigned on DUI charges.
