McKean County commissioners ran quickly through a list of fairly routine matters at their monthly meeting Tuesday afternoon.
They approved a contract with Hammer and Nail Contracting of Smethport to change some space in the CYS building to provide offices for the newly created Human Services Department.
Three bids were received for the work; Hammer & Nail was lowest at $37,822.50.
A contract with attorney Ronald Langella, who recently had a heart attack, was terminated; attorney Dan Wertz was appointed last week to take over the duties involved in that contract.
