The Bradford Era reports that a Port Allegany man was stabbed in an incident October 8^th  in Clarion, PA.19 year old Brian Neal Jr. and two other young men were stabbed by a Monroeville man on a porch in Clarion. The suspect has been jailed and arraigned on assault charges.

Reports indicate all four people in the incident were highly intoxicated at the time.
