A preliminary hearing for a Ludlow man linked with alleged New York cop-killer Ralph “Bucky” Phillips has been rescheduled.
The hearing for Todd Nelson, 31, of Route 6, Ludlow, now is set for 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23 before District Judge Michael Kennedy of Kane. The hearing had been scheduled for Sept. 18. Read the Complete Story in the Kane Republican.
