A Port Allegany man called State Troopers after an incident last week. Karl
Renner told Police that Jeffery Campbell and Michelle Fillhart yelled
obscenities at him. Harassment Charges have been filed.

I find it sick that rapists can get away with anything that they want and are fully backed up by society. They are protected to the fullest while innocent people are being shit on. Scum like Karl is what ruins the world today. He didn't just do some petty crime, he ruined an innocent womens life. No time in jail will ever equal up to the pain and suffering that she has to live with inside her.
I just know to not let my kids or any women around him ..
