Only two detractors voted against a recent move by the Port Allegany School
board to add a couple of sports to the athletics program.

Cross Country and Soccer will both be added to the list of extra-curricular
activities. Superintendent Tony Flint says that money needed to pay coaches
for both sports is not too much to break the budget.
