A McKean County man will serve between 2 and ten years in prison for having
sex with a 14 year old girl. 31 year old Robert Cooper appeared before
McKean County Judge John Yoder last week on a conviction of aggravated
indecent assault and statutory sexual assault. Cooper tried to withdraw his
guilty plea last month, but that request was turned down, because Cooper
admitted to tracking down the girl and having sexual contact with her while
her parents were not at home.
